AlMotassem-Zein Expansion Project, Giza

This project consists of mixed use spaces; heavy storage, light storage, small offices and large offices. The ground and basement floors include double height storage for heavy materials and the administrative spaces running the project. First floor includes the light storage spaces in small areas. Second floor includes the large office spaces. Third floor includes large office spaces with flexibility to be modified to small offices according to the market demands. Finally, the fourth floor includes small office spaces. The Architectural design has considered the natural lighting for all living spaces of the project to enhance the quality of spaces.
