Rehabilitation of Dr. Takla Mixed Use Building, Cairo

This project is concerned with the preservation and rehabilitation of a heritage listed building of the 19th century and located in the downtown district. This project includes a commercial-entertaining use in the ground floor and residential use in the upper floors.
